Thanks so much for your help with 3 items that has significantly improved our home.
We appreciate the cleaning of the carpet. Before, dirt had accumulated on the
frequently walked on areas. The
dirt and several spots have disappeared. It looks brand new. It feels that there is a lot
more support and cushion. It feels great walking barefoot.
You are an expert on cleaning carpets. We appreciate your recommendations for after
cleaning care to maintain the appearance including the type of vacuum to use and
runners for high traffic areas. We were impressed with the state of the art equipment
that you use. The equipment allows for a more effective thorough cleaning. When
we saw the equipment we could tell it was well maintained for peak efficiency.
We are amazed at your sense of smell. You were able to detect a slight gas leak
behind our dryer which is inside the kitchen. We called the gas company and they
fixed it for no charge. After that, my wife has noticed her nausea has subsided.
We also want to thank you for your recommended water based purifier. We had a
problem with odors in the master bedroom and bath as well as the kitchen. It was
noticeable as soon as you walked into the room.. The odors were worse inside the
cabinets. The bathroom had a musty smell after running the shower. We tried air
purifiers which were not effective in reducing the odors. The ozone based purifiers
also caused the Select Comfort air mattress to deflate. We had a dilemma since we
needed the air mattress for back support during sleep and we needed a purifier to
control the odors. The water based system was the answer. It covers the entire
house and has eliminated the odors.
We would like to thank you and your staff for your help. Before your improvements,
we were considering to sell the home. Now, we enjoy the home with carpets that
look brand new and no strong odors. Thanks for your fast, friendly and thorough
service.
